These are items that we generally don't hold in stock but will source and order on request. As the products have to be ordered from suppliers delivery times can vary. In these cases we add approximate lead times to the product description and will keep you informed of order progress and any changes in the ETA.
If your basket contains a special order product alongside stocked items the immediately available stock will be dispatched and charged as normal. You will not be charged anything for the special order item until it has been shipped to you.
